ATELIER 17-56

María, Vanessa and Soad are the founders and creators of the essence that sustains the idea of Atelier 17-56. Each of its collections is built from a harmonic and dedicated work between them. María, fashion designer and inspiring creator of the romantic and feminine idea behind each garment, has in her hands the idea of work done stitch by stitch, calmly and with love for the fabric. Vanessa and Soad, her daughters, lawyers, inherited from their mother a taste for fashion and the workshop where they grew up and shared their lives.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Atelier 1756 was founded in Colombia in 2017 as a ready-to-wear design proposal for women. 3 collections are created and produced per year generating a commitment to fashion at a slower pace. Each collection contains timeless pieces with high quality textiles and finishes, based on prints made by artists, that transform the ideas of the brand into works of art that are later captured on fabrics where color plays a determining role.

OUR PRODUCTS

Each dress contains details and textures that include handmade techniques made by Colombian women heads of household. This transforms each garment into a unique piece, with a clear and strong DNA that makes ATELIER 1756 a special and recognized brand in the world of fashion. Whoever purchases the brand’s pieces obtains an experience of comfort, elegance and modernity, with incredible textiles and a perfect fit that easily adapts to the female silhouette.

With each garment, the brand seeks to make the people who wear it feel confident in their image and style, using their way of dressing as a means of expression and adopting it as a lifestyle. Atelier 1756 has expanded considerably in markets such as Latin America, North America and the Middle East.
